8. Josép RIERA was born about 1795. He was a businessman (negociant) in Mataró. Anna Maria ARENAS and Josép RIERA were married about 1820.

9. Anna Maria ARENAS was born about 1800.

Children were:

4	i.	Pelayo Félix Ramón RIERA.
	ii.	José RIERA was born about 1833 in Mataró, Barcelona, SPN. He died on 15 December 1885 at the age of 52 in Ponce, PR.
