In accordance with the decision of the STCA Board of Directors at their April 12th meeting, this website will be discontinued at the end of 2018. In the interim, no additional updates will be made. Users may wish to download their own copies of condominium documents and/or meeting minutes prior to the shutdown. After the end of 2018 copies of documents and minutes will continue to be available from the STCA Property Manager. Charges for any such requested copies will be at the then current contract rates.

BoD Meetings are normally held monthly from October thru April.
Weather permitting, they are held in the Strandview pool area.

Next BoD Meeting will be on February 8th at 9 AM in the Pool Area
