Rules and Regulations Approved by BoD 28 Mar 2008 -- not subject to recording by County. Section E.8 amended 12 February 2015 to prohibit smoking in all Common Areas and Limited Common Elements. Section D.10 amended 06 April 2016 to mandate Technical Specifications for remodeling. Section D.4 amended 09 November 2016 to make explicit billing policy for all costs due to negligent acts.
