In paradise, it's always time to celebrate. Our building was 30-years young at the end of 2007 -- and it's never looked better.
On January 29, 2008 we celebrated with a birthday party at the Sandy Butler.

A good cake is always a part of a good party. Below are the cakes for the Strandview 30th Birthday Party, the cake
for Ted's 70th birthday in 2008, and the cake for Ann's 39th (tee-hee!) birthday in 2009.

Standview's Friday Cocktails by the Pool is a long-standing tradition -- with 20-35 attending most weeks during the "season".
[On rare occasions, we hide beneath the building for protection from rain or wind.]

For a decade, Strandview sponsored a Pull-Tab Contest for the benefit of Ronald McDonald House at HealthPark. A couple of the winners are shown below.
In addition to the aluminum tabs collected over the course of a year, a cash donation (usually well over $100) is made to this worthwhile charity. These contributions continue.
