Kurt Karl RÖTTCHER and Marie Sophie Margarethe Erika "Erika" MEYER were married on 8 January 1943 in Vryheid, Natal, SAF. Marie Sophie Margarethe Erika "Erika" MEYER, daughter of Heinrich Wilhelm MEYER and Minna Dorothea Emma KOHLMEYER, was born on 19 February 1919 in Vryheid, Natal, SAF.

Kurt Karl RÖTTCHER and Marie Sophie Margarethe Erika "Erika" MEYER had the following children:

137	iii.	Roland Wilrich RÖTTCHER was born on 13 May 1951. He died on 12 September 1972 at the age of 21.
