- CALLING or OCCUPATION.

- ABLE TO READ/WRITE? -- usually Yes or No.
- NATIONALITY -- usually Hungary.

- LAST RESIDENCE -- this usually is their hometown and perhaps the key to earlier family history.
- SEAPORT FOR LANDING -- typically New York.
- FINAL DESTINATION -- the city and state in the U.S. the immigrant is going to.
- TICKET TO DESTINATION? -- usually Yes or No.
- WHO PAID PASSAGE? -- often Self.
- HOW MUCH MONEY?

- IN THE U.S. BEFORE? -- usually Yes or No.
- GOING TO RELATIVE -- gives name/address of relative or friend immigrant is joining.
- EVER IN PRISON? -- usually No.

- POLYGAMIST? -- usually No.
- WORK CONTRACT? -- usually No.
- CONDITION OF HEALTH? -- usually Good.
- DEFORMED OR CRIPPLED? -- usually No.
